Our swimming lessons are taught by professional, qualified ASA swimming instructors who have passed stringent CRB checks.

With over 10 years experience as a professional swimming teacher, our Head Instructor has developed a unique method for teaching kids and adults how to swim. We have a fantastic success rate, and guarantee that after swimming lessons with us you will not only feel far more comfortable in the water, you will also feel far more confident in your abilities as a swimmer!

Our mother and baby swimming classes are the perfect choice for new parents wanting to overcome bathtime tantrums or a general fear of water - incorporating fun games and nursery rhymes, the swimming classes are proven to help children learn to enjoy being in the water in complete safety. After the age of 18 months almost all babies are ready to take the next plunge and join our mother and toddler swimming lessons!

For older children, between 4 and 12 we teach a full range of kids swimming classes from foundation level right through to advanced. The best way to find out what level your children swim at is to attend our free swimming assessments - after the assessment you are under no obligation to book further lessons with us.

Adults who have never been comfortable in the water benefit greatly from our peaceful private swimming pools - unlike public pools and beaches you will be able to relax completely and learn to swim under expert tuition. Our residential and intensive swimming sourses are becoming more and more popular, book a week in a local hotel, enjoy the beautiful South Coast and learn to swim while you're here!
